The Video Editor will edit and produce high-volume video content, manage production workflows, ensure quality delivery, and collaborate with teams to align content with campaign goals.

Our client is looking for a Video Editor to support high-volume content production and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across multiple digital channels. They operate within the technology and SaaS space and have built a strong reputation in recent years for delivering scalable solutions and impactful content strategies.

The position focuses heavily on editing, production coordination, and quality assurance, while also supporting broader content and promotional initiatives.
- Edit and produce a high volume of video content, including short-form social clips, recurring series, repurposed assets, and thought leadership pieces
- Apply strong editorial judgment to pacing, sequencing, structure, and overall storytelling quality
- Ensure audio clarity, visual consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables
- Work within defined templates, workflows, and production standards to maintain consistency at scale
- Utilize AI tools to streamline editing processes while maintaining high production quality
- Manage day-to-day production workflows, including intake validation, asset organization, timeline tracking, and delivery preparation
- Oversee version control, review cycles, and final handoff packaging for all assigned projects
- Maintain and improve documentation such as checklists, naming conventions, and QA processes to reduce rework
- Identify potential blockers and communicate updates, dependencies, and next steps clearly to stakeholders
- Perform detailed quality checks on video outputs, including audio leveling, color consistency, typography, and export settings
- Support light promotional video edits, including cut-downs, formatting, and versioning for different platforms
- Collaborate with internal leads to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and brand standards
- Coordinate with external editors or freelancers when needed, managing deliverables, feedback, and alignment
- Assist with publishing preparation, including thumbnails, formatting, and basic metadata support
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and output quality
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in video editing and production
- Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects is a plus
- Solid understanding of video formats, encoding standards, and platform-specific requirements
- Experience working within structured production workflows and managing multiple deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality outputs
- Ability to communicate clearly in asynchronous environments and provide consistent status updates
- Comfortable working with AI tools to enhance production efficiency
- Background in B2B SaaS, technology, or marketing-focused environments
- Experience coordinating freelance editors or external production partners
- Basic motion graphics skills, including titles, transitions, and lower thirds
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday, or Hive
- Experience supporting paid media content and social media packaging
