Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy, ideation, and creation (production, editing, and posting) of O-Cedar (US) and Vileda (CA) vertical videos for both brands, with a focus on TikTok, Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, and Pinterest.

  • Lead influencer direction and management in conjunction with agency partners and Sr Brand Managers.

  • Work with agency partners and Sr Brand Managers to ensure vertical video asset look and feel, cohesive to guidelines and other brand content.

  • Work with Consumer Affairs community management team to identify proactive video engagement opportunities and social listening trends.

  • Support Omnichannel Brand Dr US/CA in developing, planning, and coordinating O-Cedar and Vileda brand content strategies across communication platforms.

  • Partner with O-Cedar and Vileda Digital Media teams to coordinate paid media tactics, budgets, and strategies for vertical video platforms.   

Qualifications:

  • Degree in communications, marketing, or video preferred.

  • Fluent English required; French and/or Spanish language knowledge a bonus!

  • At least 1 year of experience and proven record in Digital, Content Marketing, or Video Production, including experience with the creation of TikTok videos. Ideally FMCG experience in Omnichannel Marketing, Digital, Social, Communication or Brand management.

  • Solid technical knowledge of all relevant video production tools, platforms, and trends. Must possess video production and editing skills.

  • Understanding of tools and metrics for planning, analytics, and data management for social media.

  • Compliance and Legal knowledge in Digital.

  • Experience in partnering and supervising outside vendors and agencies.

  • Strong storytelling, communication, persuasion, and collaboration aptitude, with a consumer centric mindset and ability to think in video and brands. Deep understanding of consumer full funnel journey.

  • Strong coordination and project management skills.
