This role is within CG's Marketing function. A successful incumbent is expected to be an experienced marketer with a proven track record of developing impactful marketing programs and campaigns that drive high adoption of our products/services with our channels and end users.  The Sr. Manager, Product Marketing will lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, storytelling, and content development for our software-based community solutions. This individual will bring expertise in market research, analytics, and customer insights to shape messaging and campaigns. The ideal candidate excels at building narratives and developing multi-channel content that drives both brand awareness and lead generation. Collaborating closely with product management, sales, and creative teams, this leader will ensure alignment between customer needs, product value, and market trends.  Education requirements include: BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications or related field; Experience requirements include: 10+ years of experience in marketing or channel in a business that sells through dealers and distributors. Experience leading execution with internal creative teams and/or outside agencies required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end GTM strategy for software products and access solutions within the community segment.

  • Develop value propositions and messaging frameworks that resonate with B2B customers across industries such as multifamily, education, and gated communities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, and customer success) to translate technical features into meaningful business outcomes for target audiences.

  • Build engaging brand narratives that position our brand as a thought leader in software and access solutions.

  • Leverage storytelling across digital channels to enhance brand perception and customer engagement.

  • Craft product-centric content for a variety of channels, including blogs, case studies, social media, videos, and whitepapers.

  • Partner with market research to conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging customer needs.

  • Utilize data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and content campaigns.

  • Monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics to adjust positioning and drive innovation.

  • Partner with demand generation to develop campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales pipeline growth.

  • Design and implement targeted multi-channel campaigns to capture new leads and nurture existing prospects.

  • Optimize lead generation strategies through performance analytics and A/B testing, ensuring campaigns meet business goals and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with internal creative, design, and brand teams to ensure content consistency across channels.

  • Act as a strategic partner to product management, ensuring a seamless connection between product roadmap, marketing, and customer experience.

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

  • Motivate and lead a high performance team by attracting, developing, engaging and retaining team members

  • Drive the performance management and compensation processes by communicating job expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing feedback and facilitating employee development per the company’s policies

  • Maintain transparent communication by appropriately communicating organization information to team through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, appropriate email, IM and regular interpersonal communications

  • Lead and motivate individuals and teams to create a workplace culture that is consistent with the CG mission, vision and values.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or Masters Preferred

  • 10 years of experience in product marketing, Go-to-market, or demand generation (B2B or SaaS experience preferred)

  • Analytics – Performance marketing experience driving marketing strategy with a data-driven mindset

  • Innovation – Proven experience in product and service marketing, launching new products, into new and existing channels and markets

  • Agency - Experience managing vendor and agencies and/or internal creative teams

  • Technology, hardware, SaaS experience

  • Demonstrated bias to action, taking initiative to solve business problems proactively and create new best practices where the business demands

  • Demonstrated ability for fast paced, data-driven decision making with knowledge of basic statistical testing and analysis

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time mainly in North America

The pay range for this position is $123,600.00 - $199,275.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).  This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
