About the Role
We’re looking for a Video & Motion Designer to elevate how our brand moves, animates, and tells stories across our marketing channels. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong motion fundamentals who can also edit clean, compelling video content, from customer stories and interviews to social clips, event recaps, webinar highlights, and more. You should bring a strong creative eye, solid craft, a collaborative mindset, and an excitement for emerging tools and modern workflows. Reporting to our Director of Brand Design & Creative, you’ll work collaboratively to develop and execute on the creative and brand vision at Attentive.

What You’ll Do

  • Concept, storyboard, design, and animate motion graphics for campaigns, product stories, web experiences, social content, events, and more
  • Help define and maintain a cohesive motion identity that scales across channels
  • Edit a wide range of video content: customer stories, interviews, social content, webinars, explainer videos, etc
  • Build and maintain motion templates, libraries, and systems that improve speed and consistency across projects
  • Collaborate closely with designers, writers, project managers, marketers, and product partners to bring ideas to life
  • Coordinate with external vendors, editors, or animators when needed

About You

  • 4+ years of experience in motion design, video editing, animation, or a related discipline
  • A strong portfolio/reel demonstrating your skills in motion, editing, typography, storytelling, and design fundamentals
  • Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma
  • Experience editing video for digital, social, or marketing environments
  • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality, and are comfortable with both polished work and fast-turn deliverables
  • Able to communicate thoughtfully, take feedback well, and present your work with clarity
  • Curiosity for emerging creative tools for ideation, storyboarding, or production
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
  • Understands the fundamentals of video production and post-production workflow

US based applicants:
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000 - $125,000 annually + equity + benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
