TopBloc is a Workday boutique partner firm that provides fixed-time, fixed-price Workday deployment services and on-demand Workday support. Using our internal proprietary tool we are able to quickly implement Workday Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Financials business processes and technology, letting our customers focus on their business while they gain immediate value. Once live, we also provide expertise and resources as needed to support the customer’s individual Workday solution.

We are looking for a Director, Senior Director, VP or Senior Vice President of Workday Customer Experience who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.

Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

  • 5+ years in a Finance, HR and/or IT Senior Leadership/Management role (Required)

  • Must have experience in at least one full-cycle Workday deployment and post deployment customer experience project (Required)

  • Understanding and exposure to to pre-sales, sales, or alliances experience within the Workday Software space (Required) 

  • Exposure to other ERP applications  (e.g., ADP, Ultimate, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) (Preferred) 

  • Prior customer Workday experience (Required)

  • Experience managing a variety of relationships, across multiple internal and external stakeholder groups with a track record of independent decision-making aligned with organizational goals (Required)

  • Experience providing enablement or training to internal and external groups including but not limited to sales, marketing, consulting, or other organizations (Required)

  • 2+ years of experience with Human Resources or Financial cloud-based system Workday implementations. Other ERP implementation in addition to the Workday implementation experience (Preferred)

  • 1+ years of experience with Workday Human Resources or Financials post deployment support and optimization.  Having post deployment support and optimization experience for other ERP systems in addition to Workday (Preferred)

  • Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration

  • Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel,PowerPoint,Google Sheets and Google Slides

  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, verbal, written, and oral.  Must be comfortable presenting in front of large or small groups

  • Ability to travel up to 50%


Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

  • A deep understanding of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financial (FINs) systems with the ability to analyze, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements that align with client’s business objectives.

  • Excel in understanding client needs, challenges, and opportunities, and be able to tailor your advisory services to address their specific needs.

  • Collaborate closely with TopBloc Sales Team, Workday Sales Team, and Workday Customer and Partner events to support business development efforts.

  • Contribute as the voice of the customer during sales calls, providing references and insights that enhance the customer experience.

  •  Focus on enhancing the NET Promoter Score and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores through effective advisory and support.

  • Establish and maintain a database of satisfied customer references to strengthen TopBloc’s reputation.

  • Drive customer satisfaction.

  • Engage with senior leadership on departmental or company initiatives.

  • Establish goals, analyze growth, and provide accurate progress reports, forecasts, and budgets.

  • Ensure company-wide consistency in client service and sales procedures.

  • Utilize product solutions and marketing teams to refine service offerings.

  • Develop a road map and maintain a strategy for client advisory.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

  • Frequent domestic and possibly international travel

The hiring base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At TopBloc, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current hiring salary range is $180,000.00 - $230,000.00.
