The Role:

Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing for Consumer Financial Solutions (CFS), the Product Marketing Manager, CFS will play a key role in the planning and execution of go-to-market strategy, product launches and feature enhancements, campaigns, user experience optimizations, and more to grow revenue and deliver the best user experiences across our offers marketplace, called Perks.

This is an exciting time to join the CFS team as we expand our suite of financial products designed to help millions of Daily Workers manage their finances and plan for the future. You will collaborate closely with a fast-moving and ambitious team solving complex and novel problems.

If this opportunity excites you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all of the qualifications.

How You Will Make an Impact:

You will be encouraged to think and act both strategically and tactically: from the inception of a product idea to the creation of launch plans to enhancements and growth, you will help drive both the why and the how. You are a self-starter, detail-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity in a rapidly-changing environment. You are a storyteller who uses data to inform your product marketing strategies. You are collaborative and enjoy working with stakeholders from across the business.

  • GTM Strategy & Launch – Develop the strategy and support the launch of new features, offers, and capabilities in our Perks platform with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, marketers, and salespeople. Develop product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging to be used across every customer touchpoint from the top of the funnel through to sales, success & support. Ensure executional excellence across teams for effective and on-brief launches

  • Product Health – Support the measurement and evaluation of Perks to identify friction and product, marketing, and commercial opportunities that drive adoption and engagement. Create alignment with cross-functional partners to ensure action and accountability

  • Sales and Client Enablement – Collaborate closely with the Enablement teams to enhance the effectiveness of sales efforts and facilitate portfolio growth for client success managers. Establish and manage feedback loops from these stakeholders to continually refine and improve enablement strategies

  • User-Centricity: Champion the user experience within the app, prioritizing their needs to drive offer revenue. Guide the strategic partnerships team on optimal categories, brands, and offers to source based on user insights

What You Bring to The Team:
  • 5+ years of Product Marketing or Management Consulting experience

  • Proven success leading the end-to-end launch of a new product, from inception to steady-state

  • Experience in eCommerce, offers marketplace, or affiliate programs

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills

  • Experience using data to drive decision making

  • Flexibility to learn on an accelerated curve and adapt quickly to changing needs

  • Fiercely collaborative, driven and ambitious

  • Strategic thinking and laser-sharp execution: you see the big picture but can execute in the weeds

What We Offer:
  • Exceptional health, vision, and dental care

  • Opportunity for equity ownership

  • Life and AD&D, short- and long-term disability

  • Employee Assistance Program

  • Employee Resource Groups

  • Fun company outings and events

  • Unlimited PTO

  • 401K with company match

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
