Join The Infatuation to shape our brand’s voice and drive audience growth through innovative social strategies. You’ll lead a talented team, set direction for multiple markets, and create content that resonates with food lovers everywhere.

As a Vice President, Social Strategy within The Infatuation, you lead a robust social team, define and execute content and social strategy, and help grow our brand and audience. You set the vision for each market, ensure brand consistency, and mentor social media managers to deliver engaging campaigns. You collaborate across Editorial, Marketing, and Creative teams to maintain quality and drive innovation in social content.


Job responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social content strategies aligned with brand marketing goals.
  • Use reporting metrics to provide insights and optimize campaigns for engagement and growth.
  • Oversee cross-functional collaboration with Editorial, Marketing, and Creative teams.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and voice across all social channels.
  • Mentor and support Social Media Managers, localizing content and streamlining workflows.
  • Stay current on emerging social media trends and formats to inform strategy.
  • Ensure quality control and brand alignment across platforms and markets.
     

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 7+ years in social, marketing, or dining roles.
  • 3+ years leading and managing teams.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills; experience with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience building brands on Instagram and TikTok, tracking conversions and growth goals.
  • Strong project management skills; detail-oriented and comfortable with tight timelines and tools like Asana and Dropbox.
  • Creative thinker with a strong understanding of brand identity and voice.
  • Ability to tailor strategies to geographic-based consumer segments.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
     

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Experience building brands on YouTube, Reddit, and other platforms.
  • Interest in restaurants, dining, and community building on social.
  • Familiarity with The Infatuation brand.
