Your Role

The Vice President of Sales – North America at Pixi will know how to manage all aspects of sales and sales operations. The right candidate develops and executes sales strategies, manages and mentors the sales team, sets sales targets, and builds relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth for the region and keep the company profitable.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain sales operations/processes and make improvements when necessary
  • Develop and drive key sales goals for the region
  • Execute strategies to meet or exceed the sales goals
  • Drive Pixi’s growth in North America by increasing revenue and market share
  • Build a high-performing sales team through recruitment, coaching, and/or development
  • Effectively lead and manage all sales team members
  • Manage the sales department budget and any expense reports
  • Produce and manage detailed sales forecasts, reports, stock inventory, etc.
  • Research industry competitors to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve
  • Adapt to market trends and cater to the buyer/customer
  • Establish and maintain successful relationships with buyers/customers
  • Create and manage sales reports, including monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to execute sales strategies, goals, and operations
  • Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer on developing and maintaining sales strategies for the region
  • Maintain accountability within the sales team and foster a culture of high performance
  • Act as a great Pixi brand ambassador and always lead by example
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field
  • 10+ years of successful sales experience, of which 5+ years of experience must be in a leadership or management level position in sales
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving sales goals
  • Strong analytical skills, specifically with sales data and numbers
  • Effective leadership and communication skills
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office software, CRM software, and any other technology
  • Ability to work both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable, personable, and results-oriented individual preferred
  • Sales certifications preferred
  • Beauty industry experience preferred
