This role leads the development and management of content platforms at Chase, overseeing the entire lifecycle from idea generation to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring quality assurance.
Job Description
Chase's growing Content organization is hiring a Product Delivery Manager to help lead the development of email, web and mobile app platforms featuring travel and lifestyle editorial and marketing content, in close collaboration with our credit card businesses. Our mission is to create best-in-class content that helps Chase customers better engage with their credit card benefits, inspiring them to travel, shop and dine with Chase. This role reports to the Content team's Head of Product and Operations.
As a Vice President, Product Delivery Manager in Content Platforms, you will oversee various cross-functional content platforms and products from idea to execution, ranging from digital content inspiring customers to book through Chase Travel, to marketing websites detailing the value of credit card benefits. You're the most detail-oriented person you know-you take great pride in responding quickly and thoughtfully, and can balance hundreds of email threads, Jira stories and intake requests without breaking a sweat. You'll own the entire digital platform and product lifecycle, including managing intake, roadmapping, executing, monitoring, mitigating risk/issues, communicating progress and analyzing performance. If you have an extraordinary eye for detail and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex digital platforms, we would love to hear from you.
