As a Vice President in the Chase Digital Channels Strategy & Transformation team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new experiences and shapes the big picture product vision. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing scalable strategies that provide customer and business value. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities
  • Develops scalable experience strategies and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the overarching product strategy
  • Builds the framework and identifies how to track the product's key success metrics while measuring overall business opportunity
  • Collaborates across design, analytics, technology, and other functions to provide recommendations and articulate benefits
  • Leads strategic initiatives to enhance and transform digital customer experiences, identifying new business opportunities and scalable solutions
  • Maintains a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and emerging trends
  • Delivers executive-level communications and presentations
  • Informs product roadmaps by partnering with product leaders to accelerate strategic plans
  • Demonstrates strong entrepreneurial leadership, navigating a highly matrixed organization, building consensus, and influencing stakeholders to drive results

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product strategy, digital transformation, FinTech or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, and value management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills; able to manage multiple initiatives and synthesize insights into actionable and scalable strategies
  • Deep understanding of customer experience design, digital platforms, and data-driven decision-making
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills; adept at building relationships and driving results across all levels without direct control over resources
  • High personal initiative, entrepreneurial mindset, and intellectual curiosity
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Collaborative leader who always considers both the big picture and critical details

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Background in financial services or digital marketing agency
