About This Role:

Jenni Kayne is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Vice President of Growth to lead and scale our customer acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization strategies. This executive position will own the development of execution of growth initiatives across paid media, lifecycle, marketing, affiliate partnerships, and web optimization that supports our long term profitability goals. The ideal candidate is a creative strategist with a strong analytical foundation, who thrives in a collaborative, performance driven environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through every stage of the funnel.

Role and Responsibilities:

As the Vice President of Growth, your primary responsibilities include the following: 

  • Lead the design and execution of a holistic, product-led growth strategy that spans acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Own and collaborate on paid advertising strategy across all platforms with a focus on reducing ACoS and increasing ROAS.  Partner with and empower Growth team to identify and test new acquisition channels that drive scalable results.
  • Partner with Retention team to enhance customer engagement and lifetime value through personalized, data-driven lifecycle campaigns.
  • Partner closely with Product, E-commerce, Creative and Finance teams to align growth efforts with company-wide goals and initiatives.
  • Own the strategic vision for optimizing the end-to-end customer journey ensuring a seamless, high-converting experience across awareness, conversion, and post-purchase stages.
  • Leverage data and reporting tools to assess performance, optimize campaigns, and inform executive-level growth decisions.
  • Oversee key external partners, including media agencies and affiliate networks, ensuring accountability and ROI.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing growth team. Foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, with proven success in both paid performance and lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ACoS, ROAS, CVR, and other key performance metrics.
  • Experience implementing product-led growth strategies in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
  • Deep expertise in digital advertising on Ecommerce with experience with Omnichannel retail environment preferred. 
  • Ability to analyze customer metrics (i.e. LTV across Retail and Ecommerce channels) to develop, and execute strategies that contribute to company topline goals. 
  • Experience in Apparel category preferred, experience in Home category a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, data-driven mindset and a bias for action.
  • Proven experience in team building, mentorship, and cross-functional leadership.

Physical Requirements:  

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

The base salary is determined by experience, education, skills, and location.
