The Role
 
As Vice President, Enterprise Growth, you will be a driving force on Wpromote's Growth leadership team, responsible for winning net-new enterprise revenue and deepening our footprint within complex, multi-stakeholder organizations. You will partner closely with the SVP, Enterprise Growth to shape our go-to-market strategy, prioritize target accounts, and build the account-based growth engine that fuels Wpromote's next chapter of growth in a market where legacy holding companies still control roughly $70B in enterprise value.
 
This is a high-visibility seat for a strategic, commercially sharp operator who thrives in competitive, high-stakes deal environments and knows how to align cross-functional teams (strategy, media, creative, data, and technology) around a single winning vision. You will pair storytelling and closing instincts with real financial rigor, turning complex enterprise opportunities into scalable, high-margin, long-term partnerships. Success in this role means becoming a trusted advisor, both to Wpromote's internal teams and to the enterprise clients you're fighting to win and grow.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $200,000 - $240,000, based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and the respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).

*This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions

You Will Be

  • Partnering with the SVP, Enterprise Growth to define Wpromote's enterprise targeting strategy and build account-based growth plans for named target accounts
  • Leading the development of RFI/RFP responses and orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive storytelling and solution design for enterprise opportunities
  • Owning executive meeting strategy from the initial chemistry meeting through final presentation, and driving commercial negotiations across scope, staffing models, pricing, and contract structure
  • Designing and executing multi-threading strategies that connect the wider Wpromote business to key stakeholders across each buying committee, using Command of the Message to attach opportunities to the highest-level business problem
  • Shaping enterprise value propositions tailored to vertical and buyer personas, and identifying whitespace opportunities across data, commerce, brand, performance, and technology
  • Managing strategic forecasting and deal-risk mitigation using MEDDIC, beyond tactical pipeline management
  • Partnering with delivery leadership to ensure scalable onboarding and long-term account growth, and collaborating with Marketing and PR to amplify enterprise wins and thought leadership
  • Representing Wpromote at industry events and maintaining executive-level relationships with key enterprise prospects and industry influencers

You Must Have

  • 10+ years of experience in agency growth, enterprise sales, or strategic business development, including a track record of closing large, multi-year AOR engagements in the $50 to $100MM range
  • Deep knowledge of performance marketing, media, data, and digital transformation, paired with strong financial acumen across pricing models, margin structures, and deal modeling
  • Working experience with Command of the Message and/or MEDDIC, and comfort running deal processes in Salesforce
  • Demonstrated success navigating complex procurement environments and driving commercial negotiations through to close
  • Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional teams (strategy, media, creative, data, tech, analytics) without direct authority" had "including cross-functional collaboration at the VP level
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to craft and deliver compelling presentations
  • A strategic, commercially rigorous approach to assessing opportunity fit, right to win, and deal economics
  • Composure and persuasiveness under pressure, with the resilience to navigate competitive, high-stakes deal cycles

  • Experience in PE-backed or high-growth environments
  • Established relationships with senior stakeholders across performance, brand, creative, and technology-buying organizations
  • Background operating within an agile, entrepreneurial, digital-native agency model, rather than a legacy holding company
