strategic partners.
• Identify, prioritize, and advance high-impact enterprise opportunities and long-cycle
partnerships.
• Translate market signals into clear strategic direction and actionable priorities.
Strategic Partnerships
• Build and manage senior-level relationships with biopharma companies, CROs,
OEMs, and platform partners.
• Structure and advance collaborations including co-marketing, co-sales, and
strategic alliances.
• Represent Curiox in strategic discussions with industry leaders, KOLs, and
ecosystem partners.
Enterprise & Ecosystem Engagement
• Drive adoption strategies within complex, multi-site enterprise organizations.
• Engage with scientific and industry stakeholders to strengthen Curiox’s visibility and
credibility.
• Align partnership and enterprise activity with Curiox’s broader platform and data
strategy.
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Customer Experience teams to
ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
• Provide clear direction, prioritization, and context to internal teams as Curiox
scales.
• Contribute to leadership discussions on company-wide growth and positioning.
Who You Are
Must-Haves
• Senior business development or commercial leader with experience in life science
tools, diagnostics, or biotechnology.
• Demonstrated success developing enterprise relationships and strategic
partnerships.
• Strong ability to operate in complex, evolving markets with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence with customers, partners,
and internal teams.
Success Profile
• Strategic thinker who can synthesize ambiguity into direction.
• Comfortable leading long-cycle, high-impact initiatives.
• Collaborative leader who works effectively across functions.
• Self-directed and adaptable in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment.
Why Join Curiox?
You’ll join a team challenging legacy workflows and redefining how modern cell analysis is
performed. Curiox values clarity of thinking, learning agility, and impact over hierarchy. This
is an opportunity to help shape a platform with long-term scientific and commercial
