About the Role

We are looking for a UX Research Intern to support our research team in understanding user needs and improving product experiences. This role will involve working closely with researchers, product managers, and designers to conduct user research and synthesize insights.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with planning and conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
  • Support survey design, data collection, and analysis
  • Help recruit participants and coordinate research logistics
  • Organize and synthesize research findings into clear insights and reports
    Assist in analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data to identify user patterns and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate research findings
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Education, Design, or a related field
  • Strong interest in user research and human-centered design
  • Familiar with basic research methods such as user interviews, surveys, or usability testing
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with data and synthesizing insights
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, or survey platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics) is a plus
Nice to Have
  • Experience conducting user interviews or surveys
  • Experience analyzing research data or writing research reports
  • Familiarity with UX research tools or analytics platforms

Compensation: $20 per hour 

# of hours per week: Up to 20 hours
