As a UX Designer you'll own and shape the user experience across EngFlow’s suite of developer productivity tools. You will work closely with engineering, product, and customers to design interfaces that make complex systems feel intuitive and delightful to use. You will have a direct impact on how developers interact with our products every day.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for our core developer tools.
  • Conduct user research with engineers to deeply understand their workflows and pain points.
  • Translate technical complexity into simple, usable interfaces.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and PMs to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with product goals.
  • Develop and maintain EngFlow’s design system and visual language.
  • Advocate for user-centered design in a highly technical environment.

Requirements
  • Proven experience designing UX for complex, technical products — ideally for developer tools, B2B SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process, problem-solving, and end-to-end delivery.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing, especially with technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.) and basic prototyping.
