Who we are
Every business depends on accurate addresses, but location data can be frustrating, complicated, and full of gaps. That’s where we come in. Our products help companies validate, verify, and simplify address information so they can deliver great experiences to their customers. As part of the Product Management team, you’ll have the chance to design clean, intuitive user experiences that untangle complex location challenges and make our tools easy to love. You’ll collaborate with smart people, work on products that matter, and still have fun doing it.
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Orem, UT. We’re big on in-person collaboration and solving tough problems together.
What you’ll do:
This is a hands-on, creative, and customer-focused role where no two days feel the same. You’ll be:
- Building wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to explore and share ideas
- Conducting user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and journey mapping to keep the user at the center
- Diving into customer research and bringing strategic design insights to product conversations
- Designing intuitive interfaces for web-based products that solve real-world address and location problems
- Leading competitive analysis to make sure our products stay sharp and effective
- Collaborating cross-functionally with frontend developers and the Marketing team
- Pitching in with occasional graphic design tasks
- Helping shape and evolve our design system to keep our experiences consistent and smart
Who you are:
- Experience with UX design for web products, including research, testing, and user-centered design
- Proficiency with Figma or similar tools and comfort building interactive prototypes
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and design practices
- Ability to work closely and communicate fluently with frontend developers
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (or similar) for graphic design tasks
- Confident communicator who can champion design ideas and collaborate across teams
- Degree is great, certifications are even better
- Portfolio to showcase your design process and finished work
- Bonus points for frontend development knowledge
- Experience with mobile is a plus, though most of our work is web-focused
