Your Journey to Success:

We are seeking a data driven and creative User Acquisition Manager to lead both paid and organic user acquisition efforts for our mobile app ecosystem. This role blends performance marketing with content-driven and community-based growth strategies. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and experimentation—driving installs and revenue through paid media, app store optimization, influencer partnerships, and owned channels.


Your Mission:

Paid User Acquisition
  • Lead paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, and other emerging platforms.
  • Oversee creative testing strategies for static, video, UGC, and playable ad formats.
  • Monitor, optimize, and report on performance metrics like CPI, ROAS, and LTV
  • Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets based on data insights.
  • Maintain budget pacing and forecasting accuracy across all campaigns.
Organic User Acquisition
  • Drive App Store Optimization (ASO) initiatives: keyword research, A/B testing screenshots and descriptions, localization strategies.
  • Drive installs through influencer marketing, owned channels (e.g., email, social), and viral loops.
  • Manage cross-functional projects that improve visibility, search rankings, and conversion rates in app stores.
  • Experiment with community-building and referral programs to scale word-of-mouth growth.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify organic growth opportunities.

What Sets You Apart:

  • 3+ years of experience in mobile growth, with hands-on management of both paid and organic acquisition channels.
  • Track record of scaling mobile apps through Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google UAC, and other platforms.
  • Experience with ASO tools (e.g., AppTweak, Sensor Tower, MobileAction) and mobile analytics platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Amplitude).
  • Skilled in creative ideation and performance-driven ad production.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles as they relate to ASO.
  • Analytical and comfortable diving into performance data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across growth, creative, product, and content teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Firebase) to derive insights and inform strategies.
  • Experience launching and scaling apps in competitive verticals (e.g., lifestyle, finance, gaming).
  • Experience in AI content generation to power ads at scale
  • Familiarity with community management, CRM, or lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Background working in a startup or fast-paced growth environment.
