The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

What you'll do:
- Serves as the strategic business lead to Retail Marketing Partners (“client’s”), understanding their products, objectives and challenges.
- Drives accountability of Partner’s business and marketing objectives to inform integrated campaign solutions that generate results.
- Partner with creative, strategy and production partners to solve business problems through creativity and drive operational excellence for best-in-class execution.
- Oversees integrated campaign workflow, timings and process along with project management to ensure milestones are set and met.
- Oversees 360 full funnel campaign development and execution, including but not limited to Video, Digital, Social, Audio, Signage and Site.
- Represents the WC in meetings and facilitates operations within the broader marketing organization.

- Understands account management fundamentals, can identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and allocate resources.
