What does a successful Upper Market Restaurant Sales Executive do?

The Upper Market Restaurant Sales Executive at Fiserv plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional financial services technology to customers. This position is ideal for motivated sales professionals who thrive in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment. What You Will Do

  • This is a 100% outbound / hunter role
  • Conduct product demos and expertly address objections, showcasing in-depth product knowledge.
  • Identify and recommend Fiserv products or services that meet customer needs, presenting and promoting offerings to existing customers.
  • Maintain and manage an organized sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM, recording all customer interactions accurately.
  • Engage customers confidently in person, leveraging outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Position the new Upper Market Restaurant POS to large, complex restaurants in your territory (San Francisco County, San Mateo County, Marin County)

What You Will Need To Have

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a results-driven environment.
  • High school diploma and/or GED.

What Would Be Great To Have

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent military experience.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM or a similar system for sales pipeline management.
  • Demonstrated ability to close sales deals and achieve revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 2+ years of experience in the payment industry.
  • 2+ years of experience working in or selling to the restaurant industry.

Salary Range

$65,400.00 - $139,300.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Illinois, California and District of Columbia. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For commission eligible employees, the successful candidate is eligible to earn commissions pursuant to the terms of the applicable Fiserv Sales Compensation Plan.
