Role Overview

Seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Product Designer with exceptional visual design talent and a strong product design portfolio. This role focuses on creating a cohesive, expressive, and scalable design system that defines the brand experience across products and works seamlessly across web and iOS applications.



About the role


This role will lead the component design system, including the foundation of how we express the brand and motion UI/UX across products. You'll help define the look, feel, and grammar of our interface system, from typography and color to the microinteractions and motion patterns that make it feel alive. You will ensures every product, view, and component connects back to a unified, expressive design system.


What you'll do

  • Build and maintain a robust Figma design library, ensuring consistency, scalability, and ease of use across teams.
  • Prepare and optimize design components that function effectively across both web and iOS platforms.
  • Translate brand principles into elegant interface systems, microinteractions, and motion design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to refine the look, feel, and emotional impact of product experiences.
  • Elevate product aesthetics through typography, layout, color, and motion design best practices.
  • Define and evolve visual standards that balance usability, performance, and brand expression.
  • Present work clearly and compellingly, advocating for design craft and coherence across all touchpoints.
  • Define conversation flows, intents, dialog states, and fallback strategies that optimize clarity and user success.
  • Write and refine prompts, responses, and error-handling scripts that reflect brand tone and conversational context.

Qualifications

  • 5+ yrs of product design experience
  • Exceptional visual design portfolio showcasing mastery of composition, hierarchy, and storytelling.
  • Deep expertise in Figma, including component libraries, variants, and design systems management.
  • Strong grasp of motion design and prototyping tools.
  • Proven experience designing for both web and iOS platforms.
  • Passionate about elevating visual craft and building tools that empower others to design beautifully.
  • Experience designing and running A/B or concept prototype tests independently.
  • AI agentic design experience a plus
