We’re looking for a freelance UI/UX designer to create a clean, intuitive design for our client portal. This is a key project tied to a company milestone, and your design will guide our dev team in building the front-end using Jetadmin (jetadmin.io).
Project Goal:
We’re building a client portal to support participant recruitment for clinical trials. The goal is to deliver a seamless self-service experience for both clients and internal teams, reduce manual work, enhance reporting visibility, and increase transparency across the recruitment funnel. Your work will play a key role in supporting beta testing and ensuring a smooth rollout to users.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Designing the complete front-end interface of our web-based client portal
- Creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for developer handoff
- Ensuring intuitive user flows, visual clarity, and consistency across all screens
- Designing with reporting functionality in mind to meet client and internal user needs
- Collaborating with our dev team to support implementation within Jetadmin
- Providing occasional UI updates as new features are rolled out post-launch
You’re a Fit If You...
- Have 3+ years of UI/UX experience focused on client portals, dashboards, or SaaS platforms (required)
- Have a portfolio showcasing relevant, high-quality work (this is a key selection factor)
- Are confident working independently and on tight timelines
- Communicate well and collaborate effectively with remote team
- Experience with Jetadmin is a plus
