The UI/UX Engineer, Go-to-Market Systems is responsible for enhancing the usability, clarity, and effectiveness of go-to-market tools, including Microsoft Dynamics and related platforms. This role focuses on designing intuitive, personalized user experiences that improve adoption and reduce confusion for end users. The position partners with marketing, business development, and technology teams to translate business needs into user-centered designs and workflows. The role exercises discretion and independent judgment in evaluating user experience challenges, recommending design improvements, and implementing solutions that drive engagement and efficiency.

What You Will Do:

  • Design and optimize user interfaces within go-to-market tools to improve usability and reduce friction. 

  • Develop personalized user experiences based on user roles, behaviors, and business needs. 

  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement. 

  • Translate business requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and design solutions. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement UX/UI enhancements within platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics. 

  • Continuously evaluate system usability and recommend improvements to drive adoption and engagement. 

  • Standardize design patterns and best practices across go-to-market systems. 

  • Test and validate design changes to ensure effectiveness and alignment with user needs. 

  • Participate in projects related to system enhancements and user experience improvements. 

  • Support rollout of new features by ensuring user-friendly design and clear navigation. 

  • Perform additional duties as required based on business needs. 

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or a related field.

  • Experience working with enterprise applications or go-to-market systems preferred. 

  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design methodologies. 

  • Experience designing for enterprise systems such as CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce). 

  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on improving user experience. 

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills. 

  • Familiarity with personalization strategies and role-based user experiences. 

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The target salary range for this position varies by location and is commensurate with relevant experience: Boston $103,700 - $155,600 | Los Angeles $111,500 - $167,300 | New York $111,500 - $167,300 | Orange County $111,500 - $167,300 | Philadelphia $101,600 - $152,500 | San Diego $111,500 - $167,300 | San Francisco $119,300 - $178,900 | Santa Monica $111,500 - $167,300
