Backed by their deep industry experience and a commitment to be Home Organizer’s critical SaaS provider for its 6000+ employees, our team is building innovative solutions to solve universal problems that most businesses face — yet are not addressed by a single, unified tool.

Our mission is to transform the entrepreneurial experience and deliver operational excellence for businesses across the world through a unified platform supercharged with proprietary AI agents. We want to unleash the creativity of billions and inspire the world to dream big and build fast. We’re a rapidly growing team of forward-thinking and, most importantly, committed builders. We are driven by the opportunity to push boundaries, reimagine the foundations of human work, and shape tools that power the next generation of “business operations.” The way the world views and does business is changing, and we are committed to leading this change responsibly.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Designer who excels at turning mid-fidelity concept work into clear, polished user experiences. You will take defined product flows and leverage existing design system components to transform them into detailed user scenarios and production-ready designs.

This role focuses on translating product flows and requirements into detailed UI and interaction design - ideal for someone who is highly proficient in Figma, comfortable working within a design system, and passionate about building intuitive, scalable product experiences.

What you'll do

  • Document user flows with clear annotations to communicate product and design decisions and support engineering implementation
  • Translate concepts and feature specifications into detailed end-to-end experiences
  • Design user scenarios, high-fidelity UI, and interaction flows in Figma
  • Work within an established Figma design system to create consistent, production-ready screens for efficient hand-offs between design and engineering teams
  • Use components, variants, and auto layout to build scalable UI patterns
  • Collaborate closely with the design team, product managers, and engineers
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback, product insights, and shifting priorities
  • Ensure consistency across features through thoughtful use of design system components

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, especially working within established design systems
  • Proven ability to translate product flows into detailed user journeys and polished UI screens
  • Experience designing digital products for web and mobile applications
  • Ability to clearly communicate design decisions with product managers and engineers
  • A portfolio showing product design paid work from flows → wireframes → final UI
  • Experience designing B2B, SaaS and/or AI products, fast-moving startup environments a plus
  • Familiarity with AI workflows, usability testing and user research
  • Based in Los Angeles, CA

Compensation

  • The base range pay: $95,000 – $130,000, depending on experience

Please include 1–2 examples showing how you translated product flows or requirements into production-ready UI using a design system

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
