About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Support Analyst within Global Payments & Liquidity. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of treasury and payment solutions that help businesses optimize cash flow, streamline operations, and achieve their financial goals. In this role, you will partner closely with Treasury Management Consultants, internal stakeholders, and clients to support onboarding activities, solution implementation efforts, and sales support initiatives that contribute to an exceptional client experience. In This Role, You Will
  • Support Treasury Management Consultants by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing prospect and client information to help identify opportunities and deliver tailored treasury solutions.
  • Assist with treasury service onboarding, implementation support, and client transition activities to help ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Research and evaluate operational requests, payment-related inquiries, and service needs while identifying appropriate solutions and next steps.
  • Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and support the successful delivery of treasury products and services.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance support practices within the team's area of responsibility.
  • Present findings and recommendations on routine and moderately complex issues while developing expertise in treasury management processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, business partners, consultants, and clients to provide timely information, support, and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, payments, and cash management solutions, with the ability to support client needs and business objectives.
  • Ability to support treasury service onboarding, implementation activities, and client transitions while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating with Treasury Management Consultants, sales teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver seamless client support and solution execution.
  • Demonstrated client-facing or business-to-business support capabilities, including building relationships, responding to inquiries, and helping drive positive client outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research information, evaluate alternatives, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and navigate multiple systems and tools in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
