Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced Transportation Coordinator to join our Transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for enabling an efficient, day-to-day transportation operation by managing route planning, ensuring compliance, and supporting couriers through training and coverage.

What You'll Do In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage daily route planning and execution for couriers, monitoring route progress and making necessary adjustments to achieve high levels of Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS).

  • Support operational excellence and compliance by ensuring all transportation administration and maintenance processes are followed, including procedures like Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR), Break Down Incident Report (BDIR), Fueling, International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA), and Driver Qualification (DQ).

  • Provide essential support and training to couriers, covering vacant routes, resolving customer delivery issues, and conducting check rides to reinforce safety and security procedures.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in transportation courier operations, preferably at an expert level.

  • Strong knowledge of operational excellence and compliance standards within a regulated transportation environment.

  • Proven ability to solve routine problems with routing, courier staffing, and common customer service issues.

    The ability to lead by example, providing daily support and instruction to courier teams.

What We Offer (Benefits)

  • Pay Range: $27.64-$31.00 (Depend on Experience).

  • Shift: Monday- Friday, 11:30am to 8:00pm.
