This is a remote position.

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to support our real estate operations. The ideal candidate can manage multiple transactions efficiently, communicate clearly with all parties, and ensure every deal moves smoothly from contract to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close

  • Prepare, review, and organize required documents and disclosures

  • Track important deadlines and ensure compliance with company and state requirements

  • Communicate regularly with agents, clients, lenders, and title companies

  • Maintain accurate records and update CRM or tracking systems

  • Provide timely updates to all parties throughout the process



Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Transaction Coordinator or in a similar real estate support role

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and time management abilities

  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks

  • Proficient with CRM platforms and general office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)

  • Work Setup:
