Under the direction of the Training Manager, the Training Coordinator organizes and supports the administrative functions of employee training and development programs across the casino. This role schedules training sessions, prepares materials, maintains accurate compliance and certification records, and assists with Provides a variety of comprehensive administrative support to the department. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required. Certification in training, and/or workforce development desired. One to three years of experience in training, HR, administrative support, or a related role; experience in casino, hospitality, or gaming operations is highly desirable. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple training activities simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfort working with learning management systems (LMS) or training software. Must be 21 years of age. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California.
