Lead and develop a commercial sales team by improving pipeline forecasting, deal progression, prospecting, onboarding, training, and closing performance. Hire and mentor Commercial Account Executives, implement sales enablement resources, support reps in customer meetings, and collaborate with marketing to increase meeting volume and quality.

What you will do:
- Inspire, motivate, and enable personal & career development for your sales team
- Develop strategies to help the team move deals down the funnel
- Work with reps to understand how to properly forecast their pipeline on a weekly basis
- Enable the sales team to close deals faster by implementing resources
- Provide onboarding and continuous training for sales reps to help them meet their individual goals
- Identify, interview, and hire Commercial AE's to continually level up and grow the team
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve the volume and quality of meetings
