Salary: $60,000 ~ 70,000 DOE
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Toy Sales Representative to support the growth of our toy business by managing retail accounts, developing new business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships. This role works closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful execution of sales initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of sales experience. Prior toy industry experience is not required.
Job DescriptionAccount Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and retail accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and ongoing account support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely communication and resolving issues as needed.
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Research prospective customers and establish relationships with new retail partners.
- Support sales growth by promoting products and presenting product information to customers.
Sales Support
- Prepare sales materials, quotations, and product information for customers.
- Coordinate customer requests with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Sales Analysis & Market Research
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to monitor sales performance.
- Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support business growth and sales strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing team to support promotional activities and product launches.
- Coordinate with the Production team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- New graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of professional experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred
- Previous experience in sales, account management, customer service, or business development.
- Experience working with retail customers or consumer products.
- Interest in the toy, consumer goods, or retail industry.
