As a Total Rewards Analyst, you will focus on building dashboards, automating processes, and delivering data-driven insights to improve the effectiveness of our total rewards programs globally. You will leverage your analytical expertise and technical skills to enhance reporting capabilities, streamline operations, and provide actionable insights that help shape our employee experience.
StackAdapt is a Remote First company. We are open to candidates located anywhere in the United States or Canada for this position.
What you’ll be doing
- Design and implement automated, scalable reporting dashboards to track benefits invoices, utilization, cost trends, and employee engagement with benefits programs.
- Build and maintain processes, tools, and workflows that improve efficiency in benefits administration (e.g., automation of recurring reporting and data reconciliation).
- Continuously monitor, validate, and review benefits-related metrics, translating findings into clear and actionable insights for HR leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to ensure data accuracy, improve processes, and optimize benefits offerings.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, or opportunities in benefits data (e.g., plan utilization, spend, employee adoption rates).
- Define technical requirements for data processes and collaborate with HR technology partners to enhance system integrations and reporting capabilities.
- Develop high-quality dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making and total rewards strategy planning.
- Support broader Total Rewards projects by using your analytical skills to contribute to key initiatives and solve business problems.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Strong knowledge and experience working with data in Excel and Google Sheets including building automation solutions and dashboards.
- Prior experience in finance, accounting, or analytical roles with a focus on reporting and process improvement is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Statistics, or related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset, with a track record of identifying and implementing efficiency gains.
- Discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
