ROLE : TIRE SALES MANAGER
Location: Southern California (Onsite)
Compensation: $85,000 - $140,000
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow tire sales across the Southern California territory
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial and retail clients
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of tire or automotive aftermarket sales experience
- Proven track record in sales management and business development
- Strong knowledge of tire brands, specifications, and applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Local to Southern California — no relocation
