DNAM Brands is a family-owned and operated company that owns and licenses a portfolio of globally recognized fashion and lifestyle brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Valentino Orlandi, Allbirds, Badgley Mischka, and more. We are looking to hire a full-time TikTok Affiliate Associate for DNAM Brands.
In this role, you will scale and manage our affiliate networks and creator partnerships across TikTok Shop to drive viral awareness and revenue growth for our portfolio of iconic brands—including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Trina Turk, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka. Partnering closely with Creative and Marketing teams, you will execute high-volume outreach, manage product seeding, and cultivate relationships with creators to ensure our brands are consistently featured in high-converting, culturally relevant content. This role requires a deep understanding of the TikTok ecosystem, a strong sales-oriented outreach mentality, and prior experience navigating the creator economy within a fashion-driven environment.
The TikTok Affiliate Associate plays a key role in shaping the social commerce voice of our brands—ensuring creator-led content is dynamic, strategic, and aligned with broader GMV and digital growth objectives.
You must be based in or willing to commute to our office to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities
- Identify, outreach to, and onboard high-performing TikTok creators to join our brand affiliate programs at scale
- Manage day-to-day operations within the TikTok Affiliate Center, including managing sample approvals, product seeding, and setting commission structures
- Cultivate and nurture ongoing relationships with top-performing affiliates to encourage consistent posting and long-term brand loyalty
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop and distribute trend-aligned creative briefs and content kits to creators
- Coordinate product promotion efforts around new inventory drops, seasonal campaigns, and key sales moments across our entire brand portfolio
- Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics—including GMV, content output, and traffic sources—to optimize program efficiency
- Stay current on TikTok algorithms, shop feature updates, and viral content trends to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer relations, or social commerce management
- Hands-on proficiency with TikTok Shop Seller Center, TikTok Affiliate Center, and Creator Marketplace
- Proven track record of conducting high-volume outbound outreach, negotiation, and onboarding of creators
- Strong understanding of social commerce performance metrics (GMV, ROAS, conversion rates, and creator engagement)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment managing multiple campaign timelines
- Attention to detail, highly organized, and strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce preferred
