Scope of Role

We are seeking an analytical and commercially minded Ticket Revenue Manager to monitor ticket sales performance and drive pricing strategy for a key Two Circles client based in Los Angeles. This client is delivering one of the most exciting, major sports events on the planet, and this role will operate as part of a team working solely on this program. This role requires a candidate with proven experience in dynamic pricing and secondary ticketing markets who can track demand trends and market conditions, translate resale market intelligence into clear pricing recommendations, and produce commercial reporting that delivers data-driven insights. The successful candidate will work closely with the wider Two Circles and Client team to implement pricing changes and evaluate their impact, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize pricing and maximize revenue.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ticket Sales Monitoring: Monitor ticket sales performance, demand trends and market conditions, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize pricing and maximize revenue
  • Dynamic & Secondary Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on dynamic pricing and secondary ticketing markets, using resale market intelligence to recommend pricing adjustments
  • Commercial Reporting: Produce commercial reporting to support pricing adjustments and validate the impact of these changes
  • Relationship Building: Build strong working relationships across ticketing and other functional areas, acting as a collaborative and reliable team player within a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
  • Sporting Passion: Bring a genuine passion for sport, understanding the unique commercial dynamics of ticketing for a global sporting occasion.
  • Analytical Capabilities: Apply strong analytical thinking to interpret complex data sets, spot patterns in demand, and translate findings into actionable pricing strategies.
  • Clear Communicator: confidently and clearly articulate ideas with senior stakeholders, adapting technical or data-heavy insights into recommendations that are easy to act on.
  • Adaptability: Remain adaptable and calm under pressure, balancing multiple priorities as ticket sales and market conditions evolve in real time

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in sports, entertainment or a major business working with dynamic or secondary ticket pricing
  • Analytical background with the ability to analyze ticket sales and derive actionable insights to support ticket pricing recommendations
  • Deep experience with Microsoft Excel and ability to use AI to support deeper analytical decision making
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement

Requirements

  • Must have a valid US driving license
  • Must be willing to work on client site up to 4 days per week (Downtown LA)

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Two Circles in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
