Scope of Role

We are seeking an analytical and commercially minded Ticket Revenue Analyst to monitor ticket sales performance and support pricing strategy for a key Two Circles client based in Los Angeles. This client is delivering one of the most exciting, major sports events on the planet, and this role will operate as part of a team working solely on this program. This role requires a candidate with some experience in sports and entertainment ticketing who can support on reporting on ticket sales, inventory, revenue performance and demand trends, producing accurate insights to support commercial decision making. The successful candidate will work closely with the wider Two Circles and Client team to successfully deliver on a large scale sports ticketing program.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ticket Sales Analysis: Conduct analysis of sales performance, customer behavior and pricing outcomes, supporting recommendations to improve commercial performance or a large scale ticketing program
  • Quota Management: Manage ticket quotas and allocations across different stakeholder groups, ensuring inventory is accurately tracked and opportunities are identified to maximize revenue.
  • Dynamic & Secondary Know how: Support the Ticket Revenue Manager and wider Ticketing team in understanding ticketing run rates across price categories and ticketed sessions, specifically monitoring impact of pricing adjustments on the primary or secondary markets
  • Commercial Reporting: Support in the delivery of commercial reporting that underpin pricing adjustments and validate the impact of these changes
  • Relationship Building: Build strong working relationships across ticketing and other functional areas, acting as a collaborative and reliable team player within a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
  • Sporting Passion: Bring a genuine passion for sport, understanding the unique commercial dynamics of ticketing for a global sporting occasion.
  • Analytical Capabilities: Apply strong analytical thinking to interpret complex data sets, spot patterns in demand, and translate findings into actionable pricing strategies.
  • Clear Communicator: confidently and clearly articulate ideas with senior stakeholders, adapting technical or data-heavy insights into recommendations that are easy to act on.
  • Adaptability: Remain adaptable and calm under pressure, balancing multiple priorities as ticket sales and market conditions evolve in real time

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in sports, entertainment or a major business working in ticketing, ideally with some basic experience working with dynamic or secondary ticket pricing
  • Analytical background with the ability to analyze ticket sales and derive actionable insights to support ticket pricing recommendations
  • Deep experience with Microsoft Excel and ability to use AI to support deeper analytical decision making
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement

Requirements

  • Must have a valid US driving license
  • Must be willing to work on client site up to 4 days per week (Downtown LA)

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Two Circles in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.

  • $70,000-$75,000
