Our technology allows us to deliver fast, reliable, fiber-like internet while expanding into markets more quickly and cost-effectively than traditional providers.

Founded by experienced fixed-wireless professionals, WeLink is building an alternative to traditional cable and telecom providers. We are focused on providing businesses and communities with better connectivity, competitive pricing, and a customer experience they can rely on.

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Territory Sales Representative to help grow WeLink's small and medium-sized business customer base.

In this role, you will take ownership of assigned leads and be responsible for executing on new business opportunities, developing relationships with local businesses, and growing WeLink's presence within the market. You will spend much of your time in the field meeting business owners, managers, and decision-makers, understanding their connectivity needs, and introducing them to WeLink's business internet solutions.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building a territory, opening new accounts, and creating business where it didn't exist before. As WeLink expands its SMB division, your work will play an important role in establishing new markets and driving long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of an assigned geographic territory and develop a strategy for growing SMB sales.
  • Identify businesses and commercial areas that represent new sales opportunities.
  • Build a consistent pipeline of potential new customers 
  • Establish WeLink's presence within new markets by developing relationships with local businesses and decision-makers.
  • Meet directly with business owners, managers, and other decision-makers to understand their internet and connectivity needs.
  • Introduce WeLink's business internet solutions and explain the value and benefits of switching providers.
  • Conduct sales presentations, answer questions, overcome objections, and close new accounts.
  • Work with sales leadership and internal teams to develop effective approaches for entering and growing new markets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to help ensure a smooth transition from sale through installation and activation.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and represent WeLink professionally within the business community.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services, referrals, or future business growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years previous experience in outside sales, B2B sales, business development, telecommunications, or a related field preferred.
  • Comfortable approaching businesses and starting conversations with owners and decision-makers.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to learn technical products and clearly explain them to customers.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay and Perks:

  • 6 figure earning potential 
  • Paid Training: $110/day for up to 5 days.
  • Monthly stipend of $2,000 for first 90-days to get you through the ramp period
