Job Summary & Responsibilities

Brady Corporation is seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to join our Engraving Solutions business, which sells through our Brady and Gravotech brands. This is a high impact position requiring a proven track record in capital equipment sales and a passion for technical solutions to cultivate and grow long term relationships with industrial manufacturing customers and channel partners within the West Coast region. We are looking for a strategic sales professional who thrives on independence and is energized by face-to-face customer engagement. As the primary driving force behind our West Coast growth, this role will strategically engage with key decision-makers to capture market share and foster long-term loyalty.


This is a remote position based in the West Coast region (CA, NV, UT, AZ, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Develop and execute an annual sales plan targeting both existing accounts and high-potential new business to maximize regional volume.
  • Perform high-impact product demonstrations and face-to-face consultations to solve customer needs.
  • Continuously prospect for new opportunities within the industrial manufacturing market, focusing on signage, graphics, and personalization applications. 
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders and vendor partners.
  • Represent the brand at virtual and in-person conferences, national sales meetings and tradeshows.
  • Regularly visit customer facilities to interact directly to maintain relationships and brand presence.
