OverviewSort all papers alphabetically and according to content, dates, significance etc. Searches for and investigates information contained in files, inserts additional data on file records, keeps file current, and supplies information from file data or removes files upon request; both physically and electronically. Create or update records with new files and information. Disposes of obsolete files in accordance with established retirement schedule or legal requirements.
