The Wonderful Company’s in-house advertising agency is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution and management of paid media campaigns across social platforms, YouTube, and other digital channels. The coordinator will assist with campaign setup, quality assurance, pacing, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to help ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time. 

This role is highly execution-focused and requires strong attention to detail, organization, and hands-on comfort working within advertising platforms. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and resourceful team player who can manage multiple deliverables, follow established processes and best practices, communicate status and issues clearly, and help the team continuously improve campaign execution. 

This is a temporary position running from September 2026 through February 2027, with the potential for extension.

This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.

Job Description

  • Track campaign timelines and coordinate with internal teams to ensure assets and approvals are received on time 
  • Build, launch, and monitor digital campaigns across paid social platforms and YouTube based on approved media plans 
  • Follow platform and team best practices for campaign builds, QA, testing, and reporting, flag discrepancies or issues promptly 
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance, make approved optimizations, and surface observations and learnings to the team 
  • Export data from various platforms and sources, create results tables, and support the team in identifying key insights
  • Track campaign spend, maintain budget trackers, and support validation of media partner invoices 
  • Participate in team brainstorms and planning discussions, providing executional input as needed 
  • Troubleshoot platform issues with media vendors and escalate when needed 
  • Stay current on relevant platform updates and share changes that may affect campaign setup, delivery, or paid amplification 

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital or social marketing, with hands-on exposure to building, trafficking, monitoring, or reporting on paid digital campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads (video)
  • Exposure to campaign builds on platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, or LinkedIn is a plus
  • Experience with campaign QA and reporting
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with campaign data, budgets, and trackers
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide concise status updates, ask questions, and flag issues
  • Basic understanding of organic social platforms and how they relate to paid amplification
  • Experience with A/B testing or measurement studies is a bonus
  • Dependability, flexibility, organization, and resourcefulness
  • Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through on deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA), Google Tag Manager (GTM), campaign tagging, and tracking concepts is a plus 

Pay Range: $27.00 - $30.00 an hour.  Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
