Position Summary

OMG Federal is seeking experienced Telecommunications Specialists at the Subject Matter Expert (SME) level for anticipated program requirements. Candidates will be notified of funding and hiring confirmation. We invite qualified professionals to submit their applications for consideration.

**REQUIRES AN ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE**

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain secure and non-secure telephone and facsimile systems.
  • Support interoperable voice and data networks including OpenNet, ClassNet, SIPRNET, HSDN, JWICS, DCIN, and LANs.
  • Set up and manage secure video teleconferencing and audio-visual systems.
  • Operate HF ALE, UHF/VHF, SATCOM radio systems, and secure satellite/cellular telephones.
  • Administer GETS, WPS, TSP, and COMSEC equipment for mission-critical communications.
  • Ensure facility security and support emergency operations as required.
  • Provide service desk support and technical training to teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of expert-level experience in IT, networking, and telecommunications.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in secure and non-secure voice/data systems and related technologies.
  • Experience with secure VTC, HF ALE, UHF/VHF/SATCOM, secure satellite/cellular, GETS/WPS/TSP, COMSEC, and emergency operations.
  • Proven training and team leadership abilities.
  • Active Top Secret clearance required.
  • US passport required; role includes travel within the US and potentially abroad, with remote work options.
