What are we looking for?We’re seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner with deep expertise in data science and engineering recruiting. You’ll play a critical role in building high-performing technical teams by identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in technical environments, understands the nuances of hiring for complex skill sets, and can act as a strategic advisor to engineering and data leaders.
What will you do?- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing technical candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers in data science and engineering to deeply understand technical requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Proactively source passive and active technical candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.).
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through clear communication and seamless process management.
- Use data and insights to optimize recruiting processes and support stronger hiring decisions.
- Champion employer branding initiatives to highlight BetterHelp as an employer of choice for technical talent.

Yes. We operate on PST and candidates in any time zone are welcome to apply. We ask employees to travel to our San Jose, CA office up to three times per year plus one company-wide offsite to collaborate in person and strengthen working relationships. Travel expenses are covered and reasonable accommodations are made for those under unique circumstances who cannot travel.
Requirements- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with strong emphasis on technical roles (data science, engineering).
- Proven ability to identify, attract, and engage top technical talent.
- Experience with passive candidate outreach and creative sourcing strategies.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills for technical roles, as well as non-technical when needed.
- A data-driven approach with experience tracking and improving hiring metrics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical stakeholders and candidates.

The base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $125,000. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and the extensive benefits listed here (subject to eligibility requirements): Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors – including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
