We are seeking a Technical Sourcer to help us identify, engage, and nurture top software engineering and technical talent. In this role, you’ll build pipelines for some of our most critical hires, partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers, and leverage modern tools—including AI—to streamline sourcing.
What You’ll DoSource top technical talent across software engineering, infrastructure, and related disciplines.
Use creative strategies to uncover passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche technical communities.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and outreach strategies.
Build and maintain long-term candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Leverage AI and automation tools to optimize sourcing workflows and candidate engagement.
Track sourcing metrics and continuously refine methods to improve results.
What We’re Looking For4+ years of sourcing experience, with a strong track record in technical/software engineering talent in a fast-paced, high growth environment
Deep understanding of engineering roles, skill sets, and hiring markets.
Proficiency with sourcing tools, Boolean search, and ATS platforms.
A creative and persistent approach to engaging passive candidates.
Passion for using AI and automation to make sourcing more efficient.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Experience with employer branding initiatives tied to technical hiring.
Familiarity with data-driven recruiting and sourcing analytics.
