Responsibilities:

  • Individual contributor role with room for growth and advancement.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking new business opportunities.
  • Offer technical support and expertise to clients, helping them understand the benefits and applications of our products.
  • Work closely with the R&D and production teams to meet customer needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities through market research.
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients and negotiate  complex deals and close business.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Technical experience in Paper Impregnation, Thermally Fused Laminates (TFL), High or Low Pressure Laminates (HPL or LPL) either in sales or at the process level, is required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
