Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
  • Implement effective project management methodologies and tools.

Technical Leadership:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to ensure project feasibility and quality.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage expectations and communicate project status to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Resolve conflicts and address challenges proactively.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and assess project risks.
  • Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Management:

  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.



Desired Skills/Experience

  • Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to collaborate with engineering teams.
