About the Role

As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll support PM & EM initiatives keeping them organized and on track by managing schedules, documentation, logistics, and communication. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Product Manager and Engineering Manager in organizing technical tasks and timelines
  • Schedule meetings or follow up in Slack / project documents to coordinate communication; document meeting notes, outcomes and action items
  • Ensure action items are completed on time
  • Ensure tasks are captured in backlog tickets
  • Make sure the backlog is up to date: ticket status / release dates etc.
  • Ensure documentation is up to date in the internal systems
  • Monitor project progress and report issues or delays
About YouThe essentials:
  • 4+ years of experience developing detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones with proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Kanban).
  • Able to communicate effectively with engineers and understand technical constraints and skilled at managing communication between product, engineering, QA, and external teams.
  • Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and interdependencies.
  • Ability to escalate issues effectively and proactively drive resolution.
  • Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet).
  • Comfortable generating reports, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders.
  • Supports product backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release readiness activities.
  • Skilled in managing scope changes and adapting plans while maintaining project goals.
