Located in the heart of Central Ohio, Illuminate USA is transforming solar panel manufacturing from our cutting-edge facility in Pataskala. As a new standalone joint venture established by two global leaders in renewable energy, we’ve rapidly grown to over 1,500 associates and are now fully operational in our 1.1 million-square-foot factory. Job Summary:

As a Technical Learning Project Manager at Illuminate USA, you will service as a strategic learning and development business partner primarily coordinating with the technical training team, subject matter experts and other key stakeholders to design and develop the right training solutions for our technical manufacturing roles. Leveraging project management skills, and instructional design experience while integrating change management strategies will result in viable skill-up solutions and positive associate development experience for our manufacturing roles while achieving the desired business outcomes.

This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking partnered with practical implementation solutions in a manufacturing environment. The ability to assess skill gaps, create adaptive solutions and identify the right tools for training in a multi-cultural, quickly evolving and advanced manufacturing environment will be critical for success. This role is critical in aligning the technical training system with business goals to drive associate engagement and skills development.

Responsibilities:

· Partner with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps

· Create and coordinate the execution on technical skill-up pathways

· Design, develop, build and update competency-based curriculum for technical training programs

· Generate methods to measure performance with reliable and validated assessments and testing

· Support the creation of HR/organization development tools such as job descriptions, job-specific performance appraisals, and standard operating procedures for manufacturing role

· Communicate with manufacturing department leads to stay informed of on-going training trends and align with needs

· Manage technical training and engagement project schedules

· Supply change management tools, resources and materials

· Develop and deliver custom reports, including training completion, compliance metrics, and actionable insights and reports for stakeholders

· Collect feedback

· Collaborate with the L&D team in crafting engaging and impactful learning solutions.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

· 3-5 years of project management and/or learning design experience

· 3-5 years of experience in working with learning management systems

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Visio, with strong skills in data analysis and reporting.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, focusing on process optimization and efficiency.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and functional teams.

· Experience in supporting process improvements and managing system updates.

· Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

· DACUM certification

· Technical manufacturing design experience

· Knowledge of Workday Learning (LMS)

· Bi-lingual a plus
