The Technical Project Manager will manage cross-functional projects in eCommerce, ensuring clear communication between technical and non-technical teams, while delivering outcomes efficiently.
About Reli.
Reli. is a growing eCommerce company specializing in daily goods for businesses and consumers. We operate across multiple eCommerce channels, including major marketplaces and our own direct‑to‑consumer Shopify storefront. We currently service 10,000+ orders daily and support over 1,000,000+ unique customers, including brands such as Marvel, Domino’s, and Lululemon.
We are a fast‑moving, execution‑driven organization that values clarity, ownership, and continuous improvement. Our Operations & Programs (O&P) team exists to make execution predictable, scalable, and low‑friction across the company.
Reli. is headquartered in Cerritos, CA and operates on a hybrid schedule. In‑office collaboration days are Tuesday and Thursday.
We're hiring a Technical Project Manager to own delivery on cross-functional initiatives that span Product, Supply Chain, Engineering, and business teams. You'll be the connective tissue between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into clear scope, keeping teams aligned, and shipping outcomes on time without drama.
You will not be required to code, but we expect technical skills and aptitude to work within this environment.
What You'll Own
Delivery: Run multiple cross-functional projects end-to-end: scoping, planning, sequencing, and shipping. Anticipate risks before they become blockers. Drive decisions when teams stall.
Translation: Bridge engineering, data, and business stakeholders. Turn vague asks into clear requirements. Make sure everyone leaves the room with the same understanding of what's getting built and why.
Documentation and communication: Produce clean, useful project documentation including confluence pages, SOPs, flow diagrams, status reports, that the next person can actually use. Tailor updates to the audience: tactical for the team, signal-only for execs.
Cross-functional leadership: Build trust across Product, Advertising, Supply Chain, Data & Automation, Operations, and People & Culture. Push when needed, listen when needed, and keep momentum without burning relationships.
What We're Looking For
- 3-6+ years in project or program management
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- Strong written and verbal communication; you can write a status update that an exec will actually read
- Comfort working alongside technical teams (engineering, data, automation); you don't need to write code or SQL, but you should be able to follow a technical discussion and ask the right questions
- Basic knowledge and understanding of eCommerce platforms and online retail environments
- Comfort with dashboards and spreadsheets; willingness to learn new tools quickly
- Structured problem-solving and a default toward writing things down
- Genuine curiosity; you learn new domains fast
- Track record of leading cross-functional projects from kickoff to close
Tools You'll Use
- Project & workflow: Asana, JIRA, Confluence
- Collaboration: Slack, Google Workspace, Otter
- Documentation: SOPs, project charters, flow diagrams
- Familiarity with BI dashboards is a plus, but not required
Why Reli.
- High-visibility role with regular exposure to leadership
- Clear growth path to Senior PM / Program Manager as we scale
- Defined Growth Plan with structured opportunities for promotion and raises
- Hybrid schedule (Cerritos HQ, remote Mon/Wed/Fri)
- 15 days PTO to start, +1 per year of tenure
- 10 paid holidays
- Medical, dental, vision (Blue Shield PPO or HMO)
- 401(k) with employer match
- Monthly wellness stipend up to $260
- Life insurance
- Regular team events and happy hours

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.
Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech
- Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
- Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
- Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
