Technical Program Manager, Senior Manager – M&A Integrations, GTM
As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) supporting M&A Integrations within Salesforce's Digital Enterprise Technology(DET) organization, you’ll play an important role in supporting the successful integration of acquired companies into our GTM ecosystem. Reporting to the Director of Technical Program Management for M&A Integrations, this position contributes to cross-functional planning and execution efforts spanning the customer lifecycle, focusing on integration alignment, business process optimization, and delivery coordination.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Technical teams to support planning, execution, and tracking for key integration workstreams. This role requires strong program coordination, clear communication, and a problem-solving mindset to help drive business goals through structured execution.
Your Impact

  • Partner with senior TPMs, product managers and stakeholders within Salesforce’s Digital Enterprise Technology (DET) team and business functions across the enterprise on the execution of M&A integration programs related to GTM business capabilities.
  • Deliver cross functional (O2Q, Q2C, Post Sales) integration blueprint and planning on an integration by integration basis. 
  • Develop project plans, roadmaps, timelines, and milestones across multiple in-flight integration efforts; monitor progress and help identify risks or roadblocks.
  • Partner closely with the DET and Business data migration leads, to ensure requirements are defined, and corresponding data is accounted for to meet integration strategy/blueprint.
  • Provide input on solution vision, strategy, and development to Delivery Team in partnership with Enterprise Architecture and Engineering.
  • Drive consistency in documentation, meeting cadences, and reporting across key integration workstreams.
  • Facilitate program meetings, track action items, and help ensure clear follow-up and accountability.
  • Communicate program status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Partner with process owners to gather requirements and track progress toward integration goals and timelines.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of program delivery through process refinement and knowledge sharing.

Minium Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in technical program management, project management, or related fields, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology.\
  • 5+ years supporting M&A integrations, enterprise transformations, or business process implementations preferred.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including business and technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in parallel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail orientation.
  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members alike.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship building skills conducive to driving consensus.
  • Ability to master technical subjects and technologies relevant to the program.
  • Ability to successfully partner with all functions across the entire company.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or similar).
  • Comfort operating in a matrixed environment.
