The Opportunity
TrueML Products is seeking a Technical Program Manager I to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about driving the end-to-end delivery of new initiatives and programs by acting as the bridge between teams. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Program & Operations within the Program Delivery team. The ideal candidate will apply program management fundamentals to drive the implementation of new initiatives, providing transparency by tracking and communicating progress against milestones to stakeholders and leadership.

What You'll Do:
- As a Technical Program Manager I, you will be integral to the successful execution of product and technology initiatives.
- Ensure that all work is accurately represented in Jira, adhering to the standards set by Product & Technology.
- Create and maintain the roadmap for your assigned team, in collaboration with Technology and Product leaders.
- Track and communicate the progress of initiatives against milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
- Proactively identify and mitigate program risks, removing blockers, and advancing progress.
- Unblock yourself and your team when barriers are encountered within the team's direct scope.
- Champion operational change and process - exhibit leadership through composure and positive attitude. Influence teammates to adopt change
What We're Looking For:
- Program Management Experience. 2+ years experience in program or project management in software development, information security, or IT delivery teams. Ability to lead one or more large cross functional initiatives.
- Knowledge of Process. An understanding of software development processes and the Agile SDLC process. An ability to construct a basic roadmap for the team, and solid ability to create a project level roadmap/timeline. Manage team capacity and conduct impact analysis for requests to shift priority, presenting options against project and roadmap commitments—strong familiarity with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
- Knowledge of Product/Technology. Specific domain knowledge of the teams you support, with a general understanding of system integration across the product ecosystem. Ability to navigate contending team-specific priorities while identifying options and trade-offs as needed. Subject matter expertise in IT and/or Information Security is a plus.
- Cross-team coordination and collaboration. Able to effectively lead across the teams that you directly support and on the initiatives that you drive. The ability to navigate competing team-specific priorities while identifying options and trade-offs.
- Communication. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences. You will be expected to provide upward transparency on critical situations as they arise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Scrum Master Certification or Agile PMI-ACP or PMP Certification a plus
