- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups).
- Partner with engineering and system administration teams to develop and prioritize project roadmaps.
- Track deliverables and clearly communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
- Create comprehensive documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster strong collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- 6+ years in technical product/program management roles.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proven ability managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Knowledge of software engineering/system administration processes.
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional team settings.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Experience driving and delivering complex technical programs or products from inception to delivery.
- Familiarity with front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript) and back-end technologies (Python).
- Experience with CI/CD practices and systems administration.
- Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master).
- Prior experience in technology-driven or SaaS companies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
