Position Overview
KPA is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the AI strategy and technical roadmap for FLEX. This role blends deep technical acumen with product vision—driving the integration of artificial intelligence, automation, and scalable architecture to make FLEX faster, smarter, and more powerful for customers.
You’ll lead how FLEX leverages AI to transform safety management—from predictive analytics and intelligent recommendations to natural language interaction and automated workflows. You’ll also own the platform roadmap that ensures FLEX is architected for scalability, performance, and long-term growth.
The ideal candidate is equal parts visionary and executor—someone who can translate complex technical opportunities into actionable roadmaps, and inspire both engineers and executives around what’s possible.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy and Innovation:
- Lead FLEX’s AI strategy, identifying opportunities to apply machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics to EHS workflows.
- Partner with data science, engineering, and product leadership to design and deliver AI-driven capabilities that enhance decision-making, automation, and user engagement.
- Define success metrics for AI initiatives, ensuring measurable value to customers and alignment with KPA’s strategic objectives.
- Stay current with AI/ML trends, regulatory considerations, and emerging technologies to inform roadmap evolution.
Technical Roadmap & Platform Performance:
- Own the long-term technical roadmap for FLEX, including architecture modernization, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to prioritize technical debt, infrastructure improvements, and system reliability initiatives.
Knowledge, Experience, Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, including 2+ years in a technical or platform-focused role.
- Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, data systems, and cloud scalability concepts.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in delivering AI-driven or data-intensive products.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product strategy.
- Experience with Agile development and backlog management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
Compensation:
- Annual Base Salary Range of 140-170k
- Annual Bonus Opportunity of 10%
Physical Requirements:

- Ability to travel to local, regional, or national events - infrequently
